Follow up with them either with a phone call or an email.
You have to understand how many resumes they get, it's simply impossible for them to contact each and every person who applies.
If I were you, I would find the number for Human Resources and check on the status of your application. Companies these days feed on people who show dedication and perseverance. They may not choose you, but I'm sure they appreciate the time you are putting in and your consistent interest in the job.

How long has it been? Standard procedure is to call them after two weeks if they have not contacted you. Usually, they will contact you within two weeks..but I have companies that took them almost a month. Just ask them if they received your application via e-mail or phone once. Companies do not like it if you pester them.

Be creative in sending the resume...send it in a HOT pink envelope or a really oversized one...depending on the type of job you are applying for customize the resume to make it stand out.
Best advice is just keep trying and don't give up. Determination is a great trait for a new employee!
