I just found out I'm having a boy and we did have a girl name picked out but well thats not going to work. Any suggestions?

I would focus more on the first name and not worry so much about the name Matthew since the child won't really use that name. What I mean is you can really pick anything that goes well with Rose.
Maybe pick a name in honor of a family member or maybe a name that has a special meaning to you.
Honestly, I think you will pick a good name for your child since you picked the middle name of Matthew and that's a good name.
