well considerin dallas was the first team to win 3 super bowls in 4 years with wat some might say is the greatest team of all time. They have the most super bowl wins (tied with steelers and niners with 5 will be 6 afta this year) and they have the most super bowl app with 8 two more than the 2nd place steelers with 6. Not to mention they only came into the league in 1960

The different eras of the NFL make this an intricate question. Many franchises have dominate for an extended period of time (Green Bay, SF, Pittsburgh, Oakland, Dallas come to mind), and some have been dominant over a shorter period (New England, St. Louis Rams, Pilly (Norm Van Brocklin era), Cleveland Browns, Baltimore Colts (50s-early 70s) the Dolphins of the early 70s. etc)
The Chicago Bears deserve consideration for longevity even if the # of champinships is not as big as it could be.
But if pressed I would say in this order:
Green Bay, Pittsburgh, Dallas, SF, Johnny Unitas Colts, Oakland (Madden/Flores coaching era), Jim Brown Cleveland Browns, NE of the past 5 years

I've got to concur with Green Bay. The city only has one major sports franchise, and they've held it since the begining of the NFL. Not to mention how football seems to practically be a way of life there from what I've heard.

Depends on the measuring stick:
- Most championships belongs to Green Bay
- Most franchise wins belongs to Chicago
- Highest winning percentage throughout their history amongst active teams belongs to Miami

That's usually base on the number of Super Bowl rings a team has. So, it's a no-brainer: the PITTSBURGH STEELERS have the best franchise. GO STEELERS!

3 way tie San Francisco, Dallas Cowboys, and the Pittsburgh Steelers. In a tie for fourth are the Patriots and the Packers

I think its a toss up between:
Pittsburgh Steelers
Dallas Cowboys
Green Bay Packers
New England Patriots
It depends which time era you are considering. But since you are asking about "all time," I would say the Steelers. They have consistenly accomplished incredible feats despite injury, low rankings, and credible coaching.

U have to give it to the Packers. They're like a family(city) run team. They're all about football, they have their share of success, and the friken SuperBowl trophy is named after their coach. Even though I'm not a Packer fan, they take this one

What is the criteria?
One could say SF for 5 Super Bowl Victories.
Dallas comes to mind for most appearance in the SB.
Pittsburgh ain't no slack, either.
