Yes, I got this a lot in school because I'd always ask really hard questions in class to stump and embarass teachers. I'd try to prove them wrong all the time. They would always take it out on my grades.

Yes, I had a DA professor who believed in affirmative action. It was funny how this view transcended into his classroom. His grading scale allowed anyone who made below a 69 on his test to get 10 additional bonus point since he believed that they were discriminated against in the classroom since they weren't as bright as others. The first test came and as you can imagine everyone that received between a 70 and a 78 were pissed off since now they had lower scores than the DA who got a 60-69. Well I voiced how stupid the professor was in front of the whole class. He scored me lower on the QA section of the next test. I took the results to the dept head and allowed him to score the QA section. Eventually the prof got reprimanded. By the way I dropped the class.

Yes.

My Spanish 1A Teacher and I butted heads from the first day of class, I didn't agree with the way she taught class, she didn't like that I didn't agree and my grade went from the A I worked for and deserved to a D+ I faught the school, I faught her! It became the only blemmish on my perfect school record. When Spanish 2A came along I flat out told the school there was not any way in HELL I was going to work under her tutalage again so I am now taking both courses over online!

Hope this helps.

yes

had a professor was always late, would start each class wtih his lecture about how he didn't want anyone bringing coffee or water to class

i stood up, got his attention, then told him i felt respect was a two way street, if he felt it necessary to make rules governing our classroom conduct, it would behoove him to set an example and start showing up on time

btw this was the teacher was in the bar every evening.. one of these tenured assholes used class time to play god instead of teach. not much you can do to get them fired but it felt good to give him a piece of my mind.

I had one that called me a streetwalker. I dropped out of her class after a very strongly worded argument in front of the whole class. Afterwords when I was returning my supplies to her she asked me if I were sure that I wanted to drop the class, and of course I did I did not want to be in her class any longer. I made up the class later.

Yes, if you can prove that he/she is screwing with you grade? If not first have a other professor grade your work. Then go to he/she and tell them that if they don't stop screwing with you you'll go to the department head. And if that doesn't work then go to the department head. That person will handle it. Good Luck!!

Sorry, I haven't. But I'd like to thank you for using the correct version of "affect" (as opposed to "effect"). One doesn't often come across well-executed use of language on this site.

Yea, you gotta stay up on it (literally). Keep all your grades and do your ownm averages. Make sure all your sh*t is tight, this way if anything looks funny you can check for yourself and bust they *ss. I got good at this and started being a real jack*ss cause I was beating her at her own game.

Yes, we broke-up! I know that sounds silly but we were dating and we broke-up. How did we resolve it? I asked for a private review, which you ask the Dean of Students for, and they reevaluated my work. Good luck.
