I've seen people do that and i think it looks silly! Is that the "in thing" right now?

I know I'm the minority here, and maybe I just have a warped sense of fashion, but I kind of like the popped collar. Don't get me wrong, some people do look ridiculous with it, like they are trying way too hard. But I have also seen the reverse, guys (and even some girls) who can just pull off the look. I think if you do it right it can put an interesting spin on a plain outfit. I wish I had pictures, but I guess you'll just have to trust me, there are some people and some outfits that just pull it off!

i think it depends on where you live. it's popular around here where i live, but i can be a couple of towns over and it's not even that widely appealing--even the college i attend to. i thought i was the only guy who just kept wearing popped collar polos on campus and not anybody else. to me, i think it's one of the cutest styles that a guy can pull off unless if he is really cute and not trying to hard to maintain that look. i will say that the look has been here for a couple of years and i think it is going to stay for a quite a while.

Right on!! It does look ridiculous! And even worse when the dude is wearing a pink shirt and tells you, "it takes a real man to wear pink!"

Most people don't look comfortable with their collars flipped.
I'm waiting for pegging pant cuffs to come back...To hell with waiting...I'm pegging my cuffs! Just remember, I revived the pegged cuffs on 07/19/2006

It's a preppy kinda thing. Nothing is quite in or out anymore people do whatever they feel.

no its not that is so ugly, how many times have u seen. if u saw it alot don't do it. have your own style. if u don't stil have your own style, but i wear my collar down
