I want to make my hubby super happy with my body, and I like strippers body. What can I do to get one quickly without surgery? Im 5'7" and 160lbs. Does it really matter, you think, for me to strive for that, or do you think he is happy with me the way I am?

If he has any sense, he's happy with you already. But if you want to get toned and fit, sure, of course he's going to appreciate it.

As for how to do it, a certain amount depends on the hand mother nature dealt you, but a lot of it is just a matter of getting and staying very fit. It's quite achievable if you're willing to put the work in, but it's a lot of work, and it's not something that's going to happen overnight (we're talking quite a few months). You're going to need to exercise a lot (work your way up to an hour a day, or even two hours a day) and eat sensibly (no, not diet -- just eat healthy).

Frankly, I doubt it's worth that much work just to make your husband happier with your body, but it's your life, and of course there are a lot of other advantages to being really fit.

Depends on why you want the "stripper" body. And you need to define what a "stripper" body is. If you've ever BEEN to a strip club you'll know that a LOT of "strippers" don't have stripper bodies. But on to the question...

Exercise, eat healthy, watch your caloric intake, exercise some more..... OR.....

Be completely satisfied with the body god gave you. Here's a little experiment.

In the 20th century, if you posted a picture of 2 women 1) Marilyn Monroe and 2) ANY other "hot" woman and asked people from all across the world which one they thought was sexier... who do you think would get chosen 9 out of 10 times?

Marilyn was not a stick figure, but she was incredibly sexy, hell, she got both John AND Robert Kennedy... not too shabby...

Will any so-called "sexy" woman today still be considered "one of the sexiest women ever" in 40 years? Love your curves, girl... because us men do.

Good luck, I hope this helps.

Im sure he's happy with how you are already but if you want that kind of body, then you will just need to work out. There's all kinds of workout stuff on t.v. also books and internet. If you are serious, it will take some hard work. If you do all this, do it for yourself not your husband. I'm sure you can do it without surgery. Good luck.

I don't know about your hubby, but my wife is a size 14 and I love her the way she is. Skinny strippers hold very little interest for me.

If your hubby wants you to be something different then what you are (and it sounds like you're hot to me), and your weight is not a health issue, then he wants you to be different for him, not for you. That is selfish. If he loves you the way you are then you have a great mate.

It's called exercise. Alot of people have started doing it. I also here there are places called gyms where people do this. The problem is, it does not work for lazy people. Also, it helps to not eat crap all day, like Wendy's and McDonalds. Eat right and exercise, is the only way.

Work out hard and diet. Get a trainer, get in a routine and stay motivated.
