Many people know how to do alegbra. Most of them are called Mathmaticians some of them are just ordinary everyday people like you and me. If 1 = x + 3 subtract 3 from both sides, gives us -2 on left side so -2 = x. or 1= -2 +3 right? right. Theres some algebra, if you understand it, then you know algebra. So someone does know algebra.
