Part of what we learn at school is social skills and this can not be learnt in a shorter amount of time.
Employers want socially mature people who have at least started developing their own set of ethics. So unless you are a genius, why would you want to disadvantage yourself.

In England and Wales you can take up an apprenticeship at sixteen where you choose a trade and are apprenticed to a company, where you learn how to do the job. This is an equvalent of an A level and is designed for less academic, more technical minded people.

The reason; knowledge doubles every 5 years. The average student is actually taking longer to complete a 4-year degree.

there is, but you have to take a test to do it. ask your school about it..and if you are under the working age, then you can have your parents declared you an emancipated minor, then you can do anything you want.
