The Silent Treatment? What are you, 5? How about actually, oh... I don't know... TALKING to the person, let them know what's on your mind. Regardless of what you might have heard, guys don't like playing the ..

"what's wrong?" "NOTHING!"

game.... it sucks.

Talk to him, if he cares, he'll want to know what's bugging you.

Oh, and GROW UP!

Good luck, hope this helps.

Silent treatments never work. If you have the policy to give the silent treatment until he changes, then you are in for relationship failure. You should have the policy that you never go to sleep at night without resolving differences. It's difficult, but it will enhance your relationship. Silent treatment creates silence for life. Good Luck

It doesn't work, it only makes the situation worse. Anyway it sounds like it is bothering you more than him. Adults talk about things, only when they have thought out what they have to say. Set your boundries or move on. The silent treatment only keeps you silent and not resolving your issues.

silent treatment or giving the cold shoulder as I say, is immature to me. I think that the guy above me (marks3kids) has better advice.

Silent Treatments can kill but it's not always the best way to deal with your probs. Try actually tell him what he did thats the best way for the him to realize his guilt.

silent treatment is, in most cases, the weapon of manipulative cowards. and it only works on weak minded people. is this what you want?

It all depends on the relationship and how you communicate. If you communicate a lot and they enjoy your verbal comments then it can work. I use to use it and it worked well with some people and to others they loved it LOL
