Kids go through these swings. It won't last long. I promise.

This is so very normal. Both of my kids went through it. I started adding rice cereal to the bottle to help fill tummys a little more.
Chances are though, your baby is waking up for attention, not for food. Either that, or he is sleeping to much during the day....
Try keeping him awake more during the day. He will be miserable and will probably make you miserable right next to him, but it will set him on a nighttime schedule.
Also, and this is very hard, just let him cry....you will feel like the worst mother in the whole wide world, but sometimes you just have to let him realize that just because he cries doesn't mean you will come running. Just make sure he is clean and fed, lay him down and let him go at it. (don't be suprised if you end up in the other room crying along with him though...)

Congrats on the addition to your family!!

As your child gets older yeah even for three monthes his schedule may change, try to make sure he takes 2 or 3 short naps a day. Also after you feed him maybe 1 to 1 1/2 hour prior to his bedtime keep him up for a while. A bottle with warm formula or milk may be just the thing to get him dozin off. Make sure to get the burps out, & change him. If this doesn't work take an T-shirt you have worn and place it flat under his pillow your scent on the shirt may comfort him. Good Luck.
