the normal triglyceride level is <200 mg/dL. Not sure about the normal p-lipid levels. I would think it would be very low, since they're normally components of cell membranes. They may be found in the lipoproteins, but i'm not sure...

as far as i know, normal blood triglycerides is < 150.
