Good for you! Hang in there and you'll be fine. I've tried to quit gradually and isn't working so well...need to try something else!!

About 3 years ago, I was smoking 3 packs a day. One day, I decided to quit. I haven't had one since. I did it cold turkey.

I have the patches right here and I put one on about two months ago but it didn't take me to long to take it off and light up.I want to go gradually because I have two female problems going on at least two anyways and I just don't want to go nuts.Is this a few excuses maybe but that's where I'm at.Your doing great!!!

Has anyone heard of a product called Nicocure? I stumbled on their website and their product seems convincing yet stop smoking products that work well are few and far between. A friend also mentioned laser acupuncture because her friend quit using that method and had no withdrawl. Does anyone have any feedback on these methods?
Thanks,
Kevin

I quit for my husband. That was 3-1/2 years ago. It was very hard in the beginning, but I made it through. Occasionally I would have a cigarette every once in a while. I no longer crave them. You can do it, hang in there!

Oh willpower. I can quit any time I want. In fact, I do it 30 times a day.
Just kidding. Tried smoking twice when I was about seven years old, burning coughing, ran for water, and I was done with it.
