A liar!
Once a person lies, it's almost impossible to ever trust them again. Plus, it's hard to trust anyone in the future (if you're hurt bad enough by a liar)
You can always get back something that's stolen from you (usually). And if you can't...it's only a material possession. You can live without it, or go get another one. Trust is something that cannot be bought, but must be earned.
That's my opinion anyhow!

The person who said everyone lies is correct but many of us tell harmless lies. Like we don't want to go into work one day so we call up and say, 'we's sick.' Harmless. Unless your job was to deliver the babboon heart to an ailing Christian Slater in Minnesota. However, there's the kind of liar who is pathological and hurts and neglects people purely for his perceived gain and comfort. This kind of liar is much lower than a thief who steals out of necessity. Robin Hood, Jesse James, Billy the Kid are or were heroes. Ain't no liar who's a hero anywhere, anytime.

I really have mercy and understanding for both....BUTT if I had to choose I would say the "liar" why?

Thief's have very little imagination as to their 'Art'...grab and snatch is usually their "modus operandi".

But 'Liars' usually have a wealth of "Imagination" at their command. Why not use this wealth of imagination to accomplish their "end" purpose. instead of just lying and confusing their issues and goals. I cannot respect a liar that won't use his God given talents.

When you are lied to and in the end you find out.....it robs you of your dignity, your heart, your innocence and your trust...

I hate both, equally----Perhaps I hate a Liar more...because a thief only robs you of material things...... A Liar robs you of more personal, emotional and fundamental things.

Can't people be honest anymore?!

A liar. Because inorder for a liar to lie to you and you to belive it you have to trust them. That is the only way for a liar to trully hurt you.

Both, because if you are a liar then you don't want any one to know that you are hiding something. And if you are a thief then you don't want anyone to know that you have stolen something! So I hate both!!!!!!

A theif. Everybody lies. It's inevitable. I lied to my friend today, to protect him. But I would never steal.

BOTH... A Liar the worst. They cause more damage in the long run.

A thief. I can deal with someone telling me lie even if it makes me angry, but taking my personal property. That just pisses me off so much I support the death penalty on robbery. Okay, maybe not that extreme, but I sure don't like it!
