Yes-- I have been playing guitar for the last 30 years. I am a huge Paul McCartney ( both Beatles & Wings) fan and can now play any song that Sir Paul does on guitar and most piano. Though I have had many guitars and other equipment through the years, I presently play an acoustic six string Ovation Celebrity which has built in electronics and is a shallow cut-away. I have owned many guitars but the best acoustics I have owned was an Ovation Custom Delux of which I played international shows in Japan. For a 12 string acoustic, my choice is a cherrywood Guild that I owned years ago which was specially customized . For Electrics, I have owned: a Les Paul Custom (most versitle), Fender Stratocaster and a Hamer-- all excellent axes. I have also owned 3 basses and various keyboards to included a Fender Rhodes Piano 88.
Guitar playing allowed me to perform both nationally and internationally, as well as, win talent contests and awards. It also allows me to play whatever song my favorite artist- Paul McCartney - plays which is a personal bond for me to absorb and experience the beauty of his great artistic works and musical genius.

Well...I used to, but I've fallen into playing the bass. I play a 6-string bass....so you could say I play as many strings as a guitarist. Being able to play the rhythm and also coming up with solos makes me comparatively as versatile as any run-of-the-mill guitarist found primarily in most locals.
