I would choose smarts because he could actually do something with his life, where on the other hand if you were to date someone for there looks they could end up being dumb as a door knob. Thats just not what Im onto.

Sigh, this question gets old.
Smarts. All the way.
For example, if you marry someone for their looks and end up being with them for like 50 years or so, do you think they'll look the same as they did when you married them?
Now replay that scenario but replace it with smarts. Do you think that'll diminish like looks? No.
Smarts are better in the long run. Sure, looks are nice. But they always deceive and die out.

I lean towrd the smarts. I have known folks that were totally intelligent and engaging to talk to and be around, and THAT made them attractive
