I don't have a license or ID...just my expired passport

and for the idiot that said they dont check your passport when u cross into another state...i'm traveling on a plane. i'm sorry i didnt state the obvious.

i was inquiring as to traveling through an airport and I wanted to know i could just use my expired passport as ID if i dont have a new one or a license and ID of any other kind

lol-- obviously people don't read.

I would check the TSA site to see if accepted ID includes a valid (not expired) passport. Frankly, I wouldn't take the chance of using an expired passport.

I suggest you get a state ID or License. How do you live w/out ID?

You cannot travel on a plane with any form of expired identification. I suggest getting a state ID or Driver's license as it would be cheaper.

You might call the airline to double check, but I think they will take an expired passport as a form of identification. As long as it has all the correct information on it and a picture. They just want to make sure you are who you are before they'll let you board the plane. Good luck!

DUH!!!.....u don't need a passport to travel within the US. Do you ever get stopped on the border of another state to get ur passport checked?

Since you said that you lost your ID/Driver lisence... its better to keep expired pasport or go and talk to the security officer beforehand...
