Alcoholism and hepatitis causes cirrhosis of the liver. I don't think diet pills do though.

**cirrhosis** spellcheck, spellcheck, spellcheck! But seriously, the only disorder of any organ besides the heart that you can get from diet pills are kidney disorders, primarily kidney stones. And this is from not ingesting enough water, because most diet pills are diuretics, which sap the body of water/fluids.
