I wouldn't think so cause Scorpios are so possesive and emotional, (Trust me, I've dated one) and Aquarians like to have many friends and can be emotionally distant, they seem to clash as a couple.... but anything can happen.
My best friend is an Aquarius and I'm a Cancer (I'm pretty emotional) and we've got along well for years. My other best friend is a Scorpio- and I've learned not to take Scorpios at surface value, there's always a current underneath. Aquarius people that I know may not understand at first, but they'll learn. If they want to.
And perhaps Aquarians are only emotionally distant with people they choose not to be close to.
It all REALLY depends on the individual, and the gender; not all Aquarians and Scorpios are the same.
PS: If you are the Scorpio guy... I don't mean to be rude, but you know how u can be. Try not to be too controlling and secretive ( or sensitive, cause they can be a little absent-minded) and you'll be okay.
