It sound like you have the perfect size already. For the cost to go any bigger it will just make you look unnatural.

I'd stay the way you are and be happy that you were graced with above average to begin with.

I don't think you should do it...but if you do.....I did it about 1 1/2 ago. I went from a very small 32AA to a 34C. I used a vert prominant place that is run by women for women, it's called "Turkle & Turkle". Although they did a wonderful job, it was the worst pain I have ever endured after any surgery. I have given birth...to 3 kids and ahd to have a hysterectomy, and this was worse than all put together. You are off work for 4-6 weeks, you cant lift anything, you have to wear a very tight sports bra for the entire healing time. Its hard to sleep or move for about 2 weeks. I would never suggest anyone to do it. And yes it is expensive, mine was just over $5000.00. And I've had to buy new clothes, which can really add up. Good luck on whatever you decide. But please do alot of research first.

They are not silicone anymore. They are saline which your body makes on its own and if by slim chance it does burst, the saline is moved through your body without harm.

The saline ones dont leak....the silicone is harmful to your health..and getting cut around your nipple is not the only option. You can also have it done through your armpit, through your belly button or as I did, underneath the breast where the scar wont show. I wish some of these people would get the facts straight before they answer.

I'm not really good with lbs, but 125 is pretty slim right? So from the sounds of it, you're pretty trim (without looking anorexic) and with a C cup, you're pretty well equiped. In fact, I think you're at the perfect point where they are 'noticeable' without being a burden on your back.
Your only option on making them larger, excluding a padded bra, would be surgery, which is both expensive and dangerous. Do you really want silicon inside you? And what if your body regects one, or both... it could be a complete waste of money. Or if one of them popped? You have to spend more money, and you're putting your health at risk.
I think you should appreciate what you were given. I'm a B cup, and I'd love to be a C (that's also probably the biggest I'd go... and especially at your weight, much bigger could start to look 'freakish') but I'm not going to have my boobs cut open and some crap to be shoved in there to give me fuller boobs.
Accept and love yourself, I'd say your pretty lucky.

A boob job will run you about $6,000 for someone who knows what there doing. My Mom got a boob job about 3 years ago. I am about the same size as you and have thought long and hard. You have to replace them every few years. But if you do get them I would go with silicone. That saline crap will leak. Good Luck with that! I would get totally huge ones!

I think it costs a couple of thousand at least, and that would be for a questionable job.Why would you want bigger ones?Ah,well,I guess that's a personal choice.Just be careful and don't go with the cheapest ones. You get what you pay for in a lot of cases and boobs are too important to not be choosy.

5-10 thousand dollars for implants.

Procedure includes cutting around the nipple and inserting a sack, then filling that up with saline.

You wake up and feel like a ton of bricks are on your chest.

Not all that fun. If I was you I would be happy with what you got.

Make sure you do your research and get a board certified surgeon. The cost is 5k or more. The bigger you get, the more it will hurt, but from what I have been told from friends it isn't a hard procedure.

What the hell?

Do you want to tip over? 36 C is fine, if not considered the "perfect" size.

Oooooh... I get it... You're just trolling.
