I just got my nipple streched from a 18 to a 14 guage about 5 days ago. It's still REALLY sore and pretty swollen. What can I do to make it feel better. Also I got a barbell and there is no room to move it back and forth, I can only twist it.

Get something besides a barbell first off.Who ever streched it should have told you to get a hoop instead, that way you'd have movement room. It might hurt but there is a new line of aftercare product's out there that use saltwater for piercing's try that if you can find it.And make sure you keep it clean!!! With it being summer time and you sweatin that will make it hurt and stay dirty also. So keep it clean! Hope it get's better and Good Luck!Oh and piercing RULE!!!!!

First,ur nipple case: Rub ice gently when you feel pain dude..That will subdue the pain temporarily and reduce the swelling too..
Second ur BARBELL: Face the wall and try doing it fella...that way you will have plenty of room...
