I'm not sure what your question is asking? The problems of the Ghetto, DC in particluar are largely the fault of the residents. Not anybody in the Whitehouse. All your stuff about money and political power is bull. The people in the ghetto elected poor leaders like Marrion Berry to run the town into the ground. We have people who value life so little, they kill people over a bad sandwich! (here in Phila) They support a school system, yet do not support education as a goal. Till Black Astronauts (like on the last mission) get more press than 50 Cent wantabees, nothing will change.

Easy, they have high thread count sheets and excellent A/C units that keep it nice there. As for rich and poor, well, not everybody can be rich. I'm not, but I do work and make a living. You get out of life what you put into life. If all you do is sit and ***** about rich people you are not putting your energy into the positive things that could help lift you out of poverty. All I got is a high school education and time in the service and I made it far enough to be comfortable with some hard work in the begining.

They sleep at night by knowing that the poor in America are in better shape than the poor in any country in the world.
Sure running a country is about money. Always has been and always will be. Do something about it. Get good at the game, get the power, then change the rules.

Maybe parents need to start raising their kids, keeping them in school, off the streets and away from drugs. Then they could get themselves out of poverty instead of wondering why someone else isn't doing it for them. Believe me, people aren't poor because of some guy in the White House -- oh, wait maybe they are -- maybe since there are so many free programs, people don't need to figure out what to do to be self-sufficient. They can just count on people like me paying taxes to pay for all their illegitimate kids.
