"Water, Water Every Hare"
"Duck Dodgers and the Return of the 24 1/2 Century"
The first two cartoons are in the Looney Tunes Golden Collection.

I can only think of one purple monster that wore sneakers, and he wasn't a looney toon, he was a tiny toon... remember them? I can't remember his name but he was a tazmanian devil just like Taz from Looney Tunes, only purple.
