Tough to find that without objective criteon for superstars. If you want how many people have hit, say, .300, 30, 100 in a season for at least three years per postion, that's doable, but superstar is too subjective to be meaningful.

Just answering holistically, though, catcher certainly has the fewest. The rest go in cycles. CF used to be a position for superstars, but now it is rarer, and the great ones ussualy play corner outfield spots. SS went from being a position of superstars, to being a primarily defensive position, back to a superstar position with the Jeter / Arod / Nomar / Tejada era. As recently as four years ago, 3b was totally lacking stars, now it is making a comeback (Wright, Cabrera, Chavez, etc.)

Catcher's probably got the fewest superstars.
SS and 1B are the hotbeds of talent nowadays with 3B and OF right behind.
2B's are still the #9 hitters typically, good glove, weak bat.
