my alarm clock... you know the loud obnoxious BEEEP BEEEP BEEEP over and over and over... it's really annoying... the button to shut it off stopped working a few years ago and so now it just sits in my room BEEEP BEEEP BEEEPING all the time and it keeps me awake at night...
One time the 5-eyed blue aligator under my bed swallowed it and so the sound was muffled for a little while and I got a few moments of rest but then it spat it back up along with (my socks that I throw under my bed) and my alarm clock has been ever so ceaselessly BEEEPING from now until eternity and I will continue to get no sleep as long as the flowers grow and the sun rises.

I live near a beach resort where they have an amusement park. The noise keeps me awake but only on Friday and Saturday nights. People on the roller coaster scream in delight or fear as it moves up and down the track. Even so, I would not move because I love knowing those people are having so much fun, and they are here for only four months out of the year.

Chow!!

when i get into bed i am assuming that its the 1st time all day i ve had to be alone with my thoughts therefore i start to seriously day dream...for some reason i start to think about all the bad things that happend in my day then think about the bad things from the day before...after an hour of doing this i begin to imagine what could go wrong tommorow then if that happens what the consequences of these wrong-doings will lead to....although my achievements far outway my failures in life i still cant stop thinking this way.even when i try to think of good things the thoughts are so weak...this can keep me up for ahes and ruin me for days and is usually worse when ive had a stimulant ie coffee drink smoking.
I asked a question on it about do i need to see a preist so have a look at my questions if your intrested, the response was amazing!!!!

I like to listen to world service in the night and press the sleep button around 4 times whenever I wake up, and the sound of voices puts me back to sleep. Unfortunately there is a war on in the Middle East at the moment and it is being discussed constantly and I wake up less than refreshed after a good night's sleep.

I WISH the naked man of my dreams would sneak into my room and keep me awake at night... Unfortunately it's usually just worrying about the crap I once again forgot to do...

My mind. It never stops thinking so I cant sleep. I usually just lay in bed most of the night...thinking.

My mind wandering off into thoughts about what happened that day, what I have to do the next day, long term problems.

My mind needs an off button, seriously.
