Where can I buy Irena, Polish Crystal? I broke a relish dish and need to replace.?

I can't find a website that offers pattern names let alone a website to order the product from. Any website suggestions for identifying china/crystal/glass would be helpful.

hum... I sell alot of antiques and vintage items. I have some crystal relish dishes. However if you can send me a picture maybe I have one I can sell you. I have stuff on livedeal.com too, but I haven't put any new stuff on there since I been just selling out of my home. Most know what I have in this area.
