i know about being tall (i'm 6'7") and i'd put my money on you ending up 6'3".

but don't worry about height, as much as using that height for sport, it'll get you a long way. and you're at the perfect age to either excel at a sport you're doing right now.

and think about something other than the usual of basketball, baseball, and football. at your height, give swimming, water polo, crew, soccer, and lacrosse a shot. there are other sports out there, and you can take advantage of those. for example i went to college cause i used my height to help my swimming. good luck.

My doctor told me I'm going to reach 5'5" (I'm a girl, 15 years of age). I've been 5'2 1/2" for 3 years now.

EDIT:
Btw, I'm Chinese. My dad is maybe 5'9" and my mom is 5'4". I'm a girl so the standards of height are a bit different for me. But on my dad's side, they're all around 5'7"-5'9" (uncle, aunt, dad). On my mom's side, I have an uncle that 6'1", a 16 year old cousin that's 5'11", a 19 year old cousin that's 6'1", and my grandfather is 6'3". That's pretty tall for Asians in my opinion. But I didn't inherit that height. I never smoked, didn't drink coffee, etc. 5'10" is a good height. If you really don't want to grow much anymore, I can only suggest less sleep and more coffee. Don't get into the smoking thing.

Your height and weight mostly come from genes in the family soooo since there are alot of tall guys in the family Im sure you will be right there with them! You are already tall for your age- most boys are still growing at 18 and 19. So if u keep growing you will be as tall as your dad probablt maybe even a few inches taller! Girls love big guys though!!!

According to what you have said about your genetics. You would probably be the size of your Dad since your DNA is exactly 50% his. But you might uncover a little bit of shortness from your mom which is the other 50% of your DNA. The doctor said you should be around 6 ft2 so go with what he says it sounds like a very good estimate.

I agree with the doctor because since your dad was really tall, you should also have nearly the same height as him. Don't stress about your height, boys can usually grow up till 25, so I think you have a chance to being the height you want.

Thats hard to say, but I am 5'5" and my husband is 6'3" and I have three boys and one girl, My 23 year old is 6' my 21 year old is about 6'2" and my 16 year old is already 6', my daughter is 5'7", and I hear boys can grow even up to age 21, so dont worry yet, give it time. girls are usually their permanent size about 16, but boys get taller at a later age. I have a brother in law that grew two inches in his early 20's..

At least 6' , you have already pretty much exceeded the male height on your moms side, which is probably an indicator that you take after your dads side. So , I agree 6'2" or taller...cool man!

I think about 6'2 sounds about right. My ped tells me my son will be about that. I'm 5'8" and my hubby is 6'7".

They say to pick out the height halfway between your mom and your dad, and that would be close. In your case that would be where you are now, but I don't think you are finished growing. 6'2 sounds about right.
