Is there a difference between a Sonogram and Ultrasound? If so What????

Both the same
The dopler is the one you only here the heartbeat

Pretty much around the same, they will do sonagrams anywhere from 1-3 times in a pregnancy, to see the baby and if everything is normal, usually one around 20 wks to make sure the baby is growing normally and you can see if its a boy or girl. An ultrasound will mostly be used to hear the babys heartbeat for normalitys.

A sonogram shows the baby on a monitor, an ultrasound just lets you listen to the baby's heartbeat, etc.

Same thing...different brands of equipment call them different things.
