Jessica McClintock usually has very nice inexpensive gowns, check and see if you got an outlet store in your city.
If not you can always try looking online, ebay.com is my fav.
I got my prom dress...years ago...at Jessica McClintock, and I only got it for $45!

Nordstrom, Dillards, or any major department store will often have very nice dresses for relatively inexpensive.
For your accessories, shop online! I love Breezy Beach Wear! You can request a silk flower hair clip made specifically to match your dress or get some of their fun jewelry!
