If you look at Muslim history and literature, while there is a disdain for Jews and non-Muslim religions in general, more often than not, they've been allowed to co-exist peacefully. The current crop of hatred is a direct result of the Western power's decision to dislocated millions of Palestines from their land so Jews could reclaim a land they abandoned a couple of thousand years ago.

Jews were given the land by God, he told Abraham that to his descendents thru Isaac thru Jacob who was later called Isreal that land is yours. That is recored history.
That land was taken away from them by the Muslims.
When the war was over, they came back, most of their homeland was gone. Only a tiny spot remained. But it was there homeland.
When White settlers came to America they drove the Indians out.
Sent them to Oklahoma trail of tears. We all know the story.
the same thing does that make America not belong to the Indians anymore. Because someone drove them out. They should have a right to exist and live here. Should the Indians be forced to go to another country to live? Would that be fair?

I think its mainly the whole establishment of Israel + palestinian thing (grabbing land, the west bank, gaza, Jerusalem)

Before there was a state of Israel, it was all Palestine.

Plus I'm sure there's the whole Infidel thing-- although there was a period of time that Muslims basically co-existed peacefully with Jews and Christians.
