Well, I agree with you. This humidity is a killer. VERMONT would be my choice. There are no taxes. They're the home of Ben & Jerry's ice cream. If it is hot sometimes, it's a short drive to the mountains. If you like skiing, there's plenty of that. There are terrific restaurants in Stowe, and you're close to Canada where there's a lot to see and do.

Well the best state to live in would have to be Utah or Montana or Wyoming...but if you dont want humidity or heat...Alaska? hehe

Minnesota-dont laugh. I lived in Texas and Florida ARGH! I love this state its beautiful and the springs, summers, and autumns are great.
