the only permanent method of hair removal is electrolysis. It could be expensive, but if you've never plucked or waxed the hairs before, they might not grow back after the first initial treatment.

Waxing is painful, maybe a hair remover cream. Veet Mousse maybe? But do not shave it with a razor.

well you could just leave it alone, it's not that bad I'm sure. Or there are a few options:
1) Laser hair removal
2) Hair bleach (sally hansens)
3) Shave
4) Nair

Definitely wax. There are really easy home waxing kits available at any drug store.

I would shave it once a week. Its the cheapest and your stomach isn't that hard to reach to shave.
