2 metres and about 1/4 inch... depends on the thinkness of the glass... because your reflection is on the surface of the mirror... however visually you are 4 metres from your self... if you had a camera and wanted to focus on the person in the mirror the focal point would not be at the surface of the mirror but 2 metres past it... somewhat of an impossiblitly but still true none the less

Add the thickness of the mirror and reflective surface to the 2 metres and that is your distance if you are in front of the mirror.

The light reflected from me to the mirror and back to my eyes. Total 4 meters... light travels out and back.
Still, the point at which the light begins it's return journey is at 2 meters. The mirror surface. I'm 2 meters from my reflection.

4 metres because your reflection is the image of you as an object relative to your real surroundings in the mirror and not jez distance to surface of mirror. Triq Q

4, if you want to prove it, hold a 2 meter tape stuck to the mirror, and count the number of meters you can see from reflection to you. I am ignoring the thickness of the mirror - for this question it is arbitory.
