im from new orleans and i want to open up a business in a location that was once a thriving location. the building is damaged but i think if it is repaired it will do good. but there is no info on the owner of the property. how can i get in touch with them? is there a way i can find his number on the web with just an address

Probably not on the web unless the County you are in is pretty advanced. However you can request ownership information on any parcel in the City or County by going to the County Tax Assessors office and requesting it. It is of public record and they have to disclose it.

I'm not positive, but see if you can find a site to look up the city's appraisal district. (it may be listed by county) Not only would you see the value of that spot, but it should also list an owners name. Good luck!

try to get the answer from the town council. If the company has the website but not submitted into the search engines, u might not be able to look for the info that you want.
