That was a Mitsubishi motor as are a lot of Chrylser products. It is not worth putting another motor in. I would honestly spend that money on a new car... even if it is a 500 dollar Honda, it will last longer than a new Mitsubishi motor.

Cheap and Good are not two adjectives that describe the same thing. If you are looking for an inexpensive solution, try a salvage or recycled auto parts yard first. Ask about warranties! Also search the web for a company called greenleaf.

I bet the engine will cost more than the car is worth
But if you insist go to your local Junk Yard
You just might find 1 for 4---500.00
