Not anymore but yes it's OK.
The social life is superb, and the local cost of living is survivable.
Local public transport is iffy, so you may rely on your car a lot.

Im at Lincoln uni - the city is great, you can walk everywhere and most people are very nice. Depending on your course (i do media) your lecturers can vary. Mine for the most part are terrible - so much in fact that ive complained about it. However thats just my course and even then there are a few great ones hidden in there. Either way im sure youll like Lincoln - its brilliant when you first go to uni whatever its like - simply because your living away from home and can party all the time!

i live in lincoln with my boyfriend and two kids, its a great city ull love it. the uni is meant to be good
