most of us don't use frontrage. some of the coding it uses can only be seen in internet explorer.
i suggest you get http://www.coffeecup.com/ html editor. it writes better code and is way easier than frontpage. but it's not free.
the really good special effects require the use of DHTML. the problem is DHTML can only be viewed in internet explorer. if you have firefox you have to install the greasemonkey extension (plugin) to view it.

that design is very basic, to say the least i would advise learning something like swish, which is graphical animation.
dont be to shocked its very easy to work with
also add feedback form to the page this can be done in html and u can search the net for html geneators that do all the code for you
