Less than 2% of the games end in 0-0 tie. I think the best part about Football(Soccer) is the Spirit behind the game. Watch when somebody gets injured what they do with the ball. That doesn't happen in any other sport. All other sports have time outs and commercials. Fooball doesn't. If you follow the world cup you'll know how awesome it really is...

Obviously you're a typical ignorant American. FOOTBALL (not soccer) is not boring but it's the most dramatic sport in the world and it's also the most popular. If a game ends 0-0 it might go to penalties and there is nothing more tense and exciting as a penalty shootout.

Definitely more fun to play than watch. You do have to admire the level of fitness these guys have. The average Joe couldn't hang with them for 3 minutes, let alone 90! But if you're into scoring, soccer may not be for you. GOAL!!!

Everyone has different tastes. Thats what is so great about this world. Those who don't like soccer may like something (like wrestling) that many others thing is stupid. Don't knock something because you don't play it or enjoy watching it. Find something that you do enjoy and promote that instead.

Badminton, bowling, and golf are right up there on the list as far as I'm concerned. I mean how bored to have to be to sit and watch that stuff on TV.
