Ok I have a huge mosquito on the back of my left hand right over the knuckle of my middle finger and another horrible one on my back at my waist line. I know that you're not supposed to touch it scratch or whatever, but how do I avoid touching and rubbing againist the bite if its on my back waistline? Can anyone tell me how to get the swelling down?

Chigarid works awesome. You can get almost anywhere.
If you cant find it try clear nail polish.

Erm.. the only thing I can suggest is to alter where you wear your pants for the time being to avoid rubbing - up for dork, down for skank haha. Also you can get these 'suction' things.... they look like injections but they have big suckers on they end, and they suck out all the 'bad' stuff from bites and stings. They work pretty well.
Ours is Aspivenin - it has a couple of different size suckers for different size bites. Also just something good to have in your first aid kit.

In the future, either try a mosquito repellent spray, or getting a mosquito net to put up over your bed if you're being bitten at night... and you can take it down in the months when mozzies aren't around.

Good luck with your bite - and DON'T SCRATCH... I did for mine and I now have some lovely little scars lol. Stupid me.

Ask your mom if it's ok to take a Benedryl tablet. They will stop the itching and swelling. They also make a benedryl cream you can put on them. You may have some hydrocortisone cream (Lanacane, Cort-Aid, etc) lying around, and those are good to put on as well. Don't put them on open sores (that you've scratched raw!) or it will burn like the dickens!

Take Benadryl (over the counter medicine) available at most any drug or grocery to reduce the allergic reaction. Recommend Caladryl clear to put on the bites. It is clear and takes the itch away. Put Caladryl on the one at your waistline and put a band aid over it so it will not get irritated.

Calamine lotion or anti itch will stop the itch and if you dont scratch there shouldnt be swelling. For the one on your back put a bandaid over it.
