http://www.streamload.com/ gives you 25gb of space but you can only download 100mb a month.

http://www.box.net gives you 1gb and i believe unlimited upload and download.

If your looking to send something big, http://www.yousendit.com , you can send up to 1gb for free.

You can use any free email. Compose an email to yourself and copy and paste the message. Yahoo! Mail offers 1GB.
