Ask your mom first. She should understand the whole makeup thing. If you end up asking your dad tell him you will be responsible and only put a little bit of light makeup.

Well it's good that you respect your parents rules, like it or not that will make yo a much more mature woman later in life. But ask you mother (since she is a woman) why she would disapprove of you waering make up. Talk to her about it and really find out what her concerns are. maybe she doens't want you to be concieved as older than you really are, which can be very dangerous. Let her know you want to abide by their rules, but you'd still like to wear maybe some ligth tinted lip gloss or a little eye liner. But if your parents don' t think it's acceptable, by all means respect their opinion. Make up is not a big deal and you'll have plenty of time later to wear all the make up you want.

Well ask both of your parents at the same time DON'T TELL THEM ALL OF YOUR FRIENDS WEAR MAKEUP.Because it would just prove that you just want to do it because of your friend.Tell them your responsible and show them everything you have accomplished. Ask your mom for tips on makeup,it will make her feel better. So she doesn't have to worry about you going taking it very far. GOOD LUCk!!

Go to your dad and say "Dad, you don't care if I wear a little makeup now, do you?" if he asks, tell him what you plan to wear.
THEN go to your mom. When she sais "ask you dad" you can say "I did, and he siad he didn't care if you didn't mind." Then be quiet and smile sweetly.
It's best to do this after a solid week of responsible behavior, keepign room clean, picking up the kitche, feeding pets, and doing others things w/o being asked.

Start off slow asks your dad, since your mom will send you to your dad anyway to wear a little eyeliner and lip gloss. Wear that for awhile and let that grow on them first.

First I want to give you a pat on the sholder for asking your parents first, and not sneaking on make-up. Since your young, start off very light. Start off by wearing lipgloss, and tell you parents, "Is is okay if I put on this lip gloss? It's not a dark color"

First of all, age is a very critical factor. You have to start talking to your mother about maturing and things that she used to want to do when she was smaller and was restricted. Try to do girl things with her, like go to the salon together. This is a great way to start out. Teen magazine like teen vogue.
