Here's an example from eBay:

Are these any good? $200. I've seen new HID headlights sell for $800. I'm just wondering if anyone has any comments/feedback on these (or similar) HID light kits offered online.

Thanks.

The ones you have a link too MIGHT be a cheap HID kit. I bought an aftermarket HID kit off ebay also, not the same one as yours, and it last me one and a half years because one of the ballast died.....Overall, I suggest a HID kit that comes with a relay, so the current are controlled....Without it, it takes alot of power just to ignite the ballast, and after ignition, it comes down to 35 watts.

I learned not to buy cheap HID kits from overseas, some of the more quality brands are : Osram, McCulluch, and Phillips...more expensive, but last longer.

Do some more research, hope I gave you some useful info.
