I'd run it as is, but then the democrats have been trying for years to rig it. Seems they get busted almost everytime then whine about it and accuse the republicans of it.
We are a 2 party system that uses an electoral college that only once in our history has ever voted different from the popular vote, which was for a democrat if my memory serves.
