Cingular. It pretty much sucks. I think they all pretty much suck, though.

They promise you one thing--then they zap you with another.

I remember hearing this "broadest region of coverage EVER". Then, when I'd use my phone on my front porch I'd be 'roaming'. Use it in my bedroom and I was in the local coverage area.

Kept complaining about it to the zombies in Cingular customer service but they didn't really give a rat's a$$ about my insignificant 'roaming' charges. I think I ended up paying them to keep my phone alive. That's been a couple of years ago---but they still suck.

My wife's Motorola phone through Cingular won't charge. So we use my phone as a charger---charge the battery in it then swap batteries with her phone. What does Cingular say? "We're sorry, but you're not eligible for an upgrade new phone till October. You can, however, pay us $50 to swap phones".

Yeah, right. Blow me.

Did I mention Cingular sucks?

I use Cingular. When I lived in the country it sucked big time. I dropped calls left and right. Some times when I was talking all of a sudden I was connected to someone else's phone call. It was weird. Now I live in the city, and I don't have any problems at all. Cingular says they are raising the bar, but soon as I get outside the city limits I sure the heck can't tell.

metro pcs, its alrite it tends to come up with new things that make it better & i love no minutes & long distance & text messag., & pic mess & all that mess & i pay $60 a month the only thing is sometimes the service sux, & you pay full price for the phone but i'd rather pay $300 for a phone & not get any suprises @ the end of the month than get a "free" phone & get a big bill & its happen 2 me before twice
