There were other articles relating to a free planner for dieting and loosing weight in 7days. Also I saw something about the Iyoga.com

In the planner, there were spaces to fill in information about the exercises that I do to keep a record. I think also that the Prevention Mag. gave a few menues to follow for the diet.

try www.prevention.com and hit the "weight loss" or "fitness" links.

i just searched the june and july tables of contents and found no reference to losing weight in 7 days.... and prevention usually doesn't endorse that kind of crash dieting...... most of their plans are 4 weeks and up.

_____________

reading your additional comments.... i DO remember that! but i can't find it in may, june, or july. was it the one with A, B, and C plans depending on your body type and goals, and each plan had a different menu and exercise plan?
