OK yes I am a Red Sox fan through and through, till the day they nail my coffin shut.But it is getting sooooooooo old asking the same question over and over just by differant people.I will settle this, yes A-Rod has not been playing well.Get over it.ALL MLB players have slumps, its a way of life!!!!

I'm not a Yankee fan, I just get irrated by answering or seeing stupid, immature questions on here.I have friends that come on here that are not Red Sox fans and they never give me **** or diss my team or any of that.Yes we have a rivarly between the Yankees do we have to bring that BS on here too?

why hate in player. they are all great. it is just a game. a-rod is a fantastic player having a sub par year but so is varitek, willis, edmonds, glaus, peavy, texeria, and gonzales just to name a few. i pull for my favorite teams but never do i hate any player. it is hard to believe that any adult fan could act so immature about any game.

I agree with you. I'm a Yankee fan... and it's sickening. We don't typically do this to our players... and I don't think by-and-large, the fans in New York dislike the guy. I think the expectations are unreasonable, but they do come with being the highest paid player in the game.
There was a joke in the NY Daily News today.
A man asks to the heavens, "Please God, won't you tell Yankee fans how many PERFECT third basemen you put on this Earth?"
God's answer is "One less than they think, son."

i dont think he sucks hes acually been doing kinda good lately im ayankees fan but i think the redsox hav good players like mannny, and david ortiz. i dont care if arod sux hes hott and hes under alot of pressure cause of all these injured players they expect him to be good so when he strikes out he gets booed which is wrong u cant expect him to hit a hr everytime hes up not even ortiz does and he is like the best player in mlb. i like the redsox they r pretty good but im qa yankees fan all the way but i think everyone is entiled to there own opinon

I think A-Rod is tremedously gifted player. He still hasn't found his rhythym in pinstripes. When he does, you'll see a lot more questions about him. Go Yankees!!!
