All the other answers are correct. But it's most often used to mean someone is a first class b*tch.

I haven't the slightest idea, actually. But I will say that it's probably an esoteric word. That means, that it's only known among certain circles and is not in the common vocabulary. I can't say whether or not the "C" word is something complimentary or derogatory, but if someone doesn't have the guts to come out and say what they mean, then they really aren't worth listening to or stewing about it. If someone has called you that, and assuming it's less than kind, the next time you see this person, smile and thank her for referring to you as "colossal"! which means "unbelievably outstanding". That ought to shut her up.

The same as some people call men the "d" word (a man's genitals), some women are called by the female genitalia, the "c" word. The word does not offend me but may offend others, however it rhymes with "hunt." Hope this helps

The "C" word is probably one of the most vulgar obscenities used in the USA. I don't really know why it is so offensive, universally. I guess its the short blunt sound of it. There are other synonyms that could replace it- but it really gets people unnerved.

I was riding in a taxicab this morning and there was a female dispatcher on the two-way radio. She was dispatching the cabs to various addresses and the usual dispatch chatter was going on. Suddenly, the dispatcher asked? ... Michael Hunt, are you out there... Mike? Do you read me? ... Mike Hunt, Mike Hunt... Come in.... Come In... Come in Mike Hunt.

I don't know why this is so funny to me- it was just a cab ride.

I couldn't stop laughing. I think something shot out of my nose!

i don't know she is but she needs to not call you that the c word is c*nt put a u in there and you have the word. It refers to the vagina and is the worst of the worst insults to call anyone especially another woman.
and vaginas are nicer than that they don't even deserve to be refered to in that manner.
I wouldn't let this person refer to you this way anymore stick up for yourself and tell them to shut it!! you seem much nicer than that. good luck with sticking up for yourself !

There's a couple of words that could fit the context, both of them are crude terms for genitalia, one is female, the other is male.
