It's usually a way of marking territory, since cats are very territorial animals. Having them neutered/spayed works sometimes, but there are exceptions. I have one that was fixed when she was just a couple months old. She doesn't like to "share" me with others, so if there are other cats in the house or even people visiting, it stresses her out and she will try to urinate on things. Talk to your veterinarian about some options.

well, the first thing you have to do is train it to use a litter box.. s umm no it doesnt piss everywhere... but it craps everywheere
