Are you starting your own mlm? Why don't you just get into one that is already established and create your own orgainzation that way. That is exactly what I am doing. I have seen people rise over the people who were once above them and it is just amazing where you can end up. We also ahve one of the top compensation plans in the country.
As for your question, you really cannot control who goes under who. In mlm, it is up to each individual to recruit who they feel is right for them. As far as keeping track, my company gives us a geneology report that we can check when we want to see what is going on in our orgainzation. If you are starting your own, you might want to research how other organizations got started.

I have put my website here. If for any other reason, maybe you can see how the company was started and how our compensation plan works. I am really interested in what you think about this and if you do start your own mlm, how you are going about it. Would you keep me informed?
