Is your carpet a light beige or white? If so, yes. But make sure the whole carpet matches the stained part when you're done. LOL!
Otherwise, put a large piece of furniture or a pretty rug over it. LOL!

I have light cream colored carpet, and I used a steam cleaner with a little bit of bleach in the cleaning soulution tank. It worked really well, but I don't know how it would fare on a darker color carpet.

Try sprinkling baking soda on the stain and then pour some vinegar on the stain, it will bubble like crazy and when it dries vacuum it up. Don't use bleach it on it doesn't help. Also try Dual magic from Resolve if nothing else works.

if it is white carpet you can. bleach will turn any color of carpet white.
