I am sure that once decrypted, someone will give you the answer.
I am reminded of an entertainer (of sorts) in Britain that used to talk mangled English and was generally thought quite amusing and I was about to ask if anyone remembered him but the name has just come into my head, I think it was a chap who went under the name of Professor Unwin. I am sure someone will verify.
